We got mountain high on Mount Watitic (1,832 feet) on 4/20 in Northern Massachusetts. It’s an easy drive from Boston and great for early-season hiking or when the higher summits have less-than-ideal weather. We did a total of 4 miles and <1000 feet of gain (745 feet). Lots to explore in the area!
