I am rich because of the experiences and people I encounter on my life’s journey. I am enlivened by the endless possibilities of travel and adventure – humbled by the vastness of the world. I believe travel and adventure can be found locally, and afar.

This month’s journey to Tanzania, Africa, was the longest travel itinerary I’ve endured, requiring multiple stops from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport:
Fort Lauderdale(FLL)Atlanta(ATL) Amsterdam(AMS) Kilimanjaro(JRO)
Through the process of booking flights and coordinating with the rest of the Mission Trip group (students from Northwestern University in Chicago, and other Physical Therapists), I decided to leave a day earlier than the group to get a taste of Amsterdam. My itinerary only allowed a 24-hour period from 10:30am on Sunday to a 10:15am flight on Monday. Hence, the challenge: Experiencing the essence of Amsterdam in a mere 24-hour period…

Greetings, Fellow Dreamer! No matter how you navigated to my site, I’m happy you’re here.
I started blogging about my passions in August 2015 on a page owned by Weebly. However, I eventually realized the limitations of the site, and dreamed of creating a custom site to capture my essence. There began the slow, soul-searching process of creating this site! Through infinite video tutorials, meditations, and dreams, the vision of my custom blog was born. Voila!
On this site, I’ll be discussing the following topics:
Travel / Adventure
Travel tips (accommodations, airlines, packing lists), travel itineraries, bucket list items, local finds, journeys afar, outdoor activities (i.e. camping, hiking, climbing, etc.), travel/adventure products, and sources of inspiration.
Mindfulness / Spirituality
Mind-body connection, meditation, yoga, following your heart, fearless living, and ways to enjoy life’s journey.
Lifestyle / Wellness
Integrating habits, living with love and gratitude, healthy eating, and conscious living.
My overall mission? To inspire people to follow their hearts and live the life they’ve always imagined. In an individualistic society where independence is overvalued, I challenge our culture to create a shift: to connect and co-create. Through our connection, we can reach new levels of inspiration and personal satisfaction.
While manifesting this site, my dreams have also been coming to fruition, and I’m bursting with thoughts and ideas to share with you.
But wait… there’s more!

- Get lost in nature
- Café surfing, trying various coffees and atmospheres
- Reading, writing, connecting
On my ride back from downtown Gainesville, I decided to spend Sunday at Rainbow Springs in Dunnellon.

- Summer is eternal. I’m sorry life-long Floridians, but 75 degrees is not winter, and when you go can go to the beach year-round, there is no change in seasons.
- Daily life feels like a vacation. There’s NEVER nothing to do. I can go downtown Fort Lauderdale on a weekday and see people packing in to listen to live music at Elbo Room (a dive bar that’s been around since 1929). I can hammock between two palm trees, reading a favorite book for ultimate relaxation. I can live it up Miami style at a bar or club. I have access to incredible beaches, sun-kissed skin, salty hair, palm trees, sandy toes, and a free-spirited lifestyle.
It’s secondly a blessing that, despite living in a vacation destination, I also have immediate access to an array of tropical adventure hubs. Upon Talia’s fourth visit to my new home in Florida, we embarked on yet another journey to the Florida Keys. This time, we planned to combine forces with our skydiving friends on Sugarloaf Key. Luckily for me, my skydiving instructor, Braden, from my birthday weekend has grown into someone much more meaningful. Despite living three hours apart, we have established a seamlessly wonderful connection. The ease of our budding bond has left me blissfully at peace for what may come of it. Nonetheless, a weekend away from mainland Florida was in order. Talia, Suzette, and I journeyed toward Key West on a Saturday afternoon.
